I'm Peter Vignali, and I've been running Home Plumbing & Electrical since 1988 — over 38 years across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. I spent my first twenty years working around South Leicestershire — Lutterworth, Cosby, Blaby and Whetstone — and I'm still there most days, alongside building up more work around Brixworth, Rugby, Daventry and the villages between them. I treat every home with the same care I'd want in my own: a clean, tidy work area and no mess left behind. I take the time to listen, explain what I'm doing, and give honest advice — I'll only ever recommend what's actually needed, at a price that fits your budget. If I say I'll be there at a certain time, I will, and I'll let you know in advance if anything changes. Most of my work comes through recommendations from past customers, which says more than I ever could.

I offer a free, no-obligation estimate for every job. Certified work — electrical, gas and heating — is carried out and notified in line with Building Regulations, and I install wet and electrical underfloor heating, heat pumps and complex heating controls, including smart, zoned systems.

Most of what decides whether a job lasts is the part nobody sees once the room is finished — the fall on a waste pipe, every circuit tested before anyone switches it on, a floor made good before the finish goes down. There are photographs of recent work here, including the stages you would normally never get to look at.
